Well, my best friend is Miss Teen South Carolina.  And as we all know by now, she is a little special.  I think the thing that makes her so special is pretty obvious (it is rude to talk about peoples disabilities you know).

I want to hit this girl in the face. The correct answer is: "This is because Americans are too busy worrying about being pretty Miss Whatever-State, getting knocked-up at 17, and not attending school because they are too busy painting their nails."

The correct answer would be that over 5% of Americans are under 5 years old, severely mentaly retarded, or completely senile. As it isn't really necessary or prudent for these people to have this knowledge, I think the number is acceptable and am impressed that the number isn't higher.

Which is understandable if it was 5%, but it was one in 5, which is 20%.
